The contract will consisted of:

• New temporary road into site

• Multi utility trench - Power, Telecommunications and fresh water mains

• Tankering & De-silting of Pond

• Excavation​​

• New PCC Wetwell pumping station.

• New 180mm fusion wielded HDPE drainage.

• New drainage system installation.

• New 125mm MDPE rising main.

• New drainage 300mm SW Drainage

• New sustainable water storage

• Main Surface Water Diversion

• Refilling of Pond.
